适用范围：

This standard specifies contents of the raw materials and requirements,inspection requirements,grade and evaluation of microstructure after quenching,etc.of commonly used medium-carbon structural steel and medium-carbon alloy structural steel.
This standard is applicable to the examination and evaluation of microstructure of medium- carbon structural steel and medium-carbon alloy structural steel parts after quenching and tempering.
This standard is not applicable to the evaluation of microstructure containing decarburization,overfiring and under austempering state of medium-carbon structural steel and medium-carbon low-alloy structural steel parts after quenching and tempering.
