This standard specifies the general prevention and control requirements for foreign object debris of spacecraft,as well as the prevention and control requirements for foreign object debris of spacecraft in the process of design,assembly,testing,test,packaging,transportation,and operation in launch site (hereinafter referred to as development process).
This standard is applicable to the prevention and control for foreign object debris in the development process of spacecrafts including satellites,spaceships,space stations and space probes,and can serve as a reference for the prevention and control of foreign object debris in the development process of unit products.
