This specification covers steel sheet, complex phase grade, dual phase grade, and transformation induced plasticity grade, zinc-coated (galvanized) or zinc-iron alloy-coated (galvannealed) by the hot-dip process in coils and cut lengths. The product is produced in various zinc or zinc-iron alloy-coating masses or coating designations. Zinc-coated or zinc-iron alloy-coated sheet in coils and cut lengths is produced to thickness requirements expressed to 0.01 mm. The thickness of the sheet includes both the base metal and the coating. Mechanical property tests shall be conducted in accordance with the methods specified in Specification A924/A924M, or those prescribed by the purchaser. This specification covers high strength quenched and tempered alloy steel plates for fusion welded pressure vessels. The steel materials shall be killed and shall conform to the fine austenitic grain size requirement. The steel specimens shall undergo heat analysis and product analysis and shall conform to the required chemical compositions of carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, chromium, molybdenum, and zirconium. Tension tests shall be performed wherein the steel materials shall conform to the required values of tensile strength, yield strength and elongation. This specification covers UNS N02200 nickel alloy and UNS N02201 and N04400 low carbon nickel alloy welded pipes intended for general corrosive service and for mechanical applications. This specification covers the requirements for sacrificial anodes of zinc alloy in the form of slabs, plates, discs, and rods for corrosion protection (cathodic protection) of metals and alloys.
