GB/T 37306的本部分规定了各循环变幅的实验室试样循环序列疲劳试验的总则。
本部分对变幅疲劳试验做出规定和给定总则,以便在考虑疲劳数据的典型分散时生成用于比较的一致结果。
本部分在理论上适用于应变和力控制或控制疲劳裂纹扩展速率的加载条件,在采用本部分的加载模式而非力-控制加载模式时应采取适当的保护措施。
本部分适用于单轴加载的单作动器加载模式。
本部分所指的变幅加载时间历程是确定的,这就是本部分涉及变幅加载而不是随机加载的原因。
下列各项不属于本部分的考虑范围之内:
——出现孤立的过载或欠载现象的恒幅疲劳试验;
——大型零部件或结构件的试验;
——环境影响,如腐蚀、与温度/时间相关的蠕变导致对频率和波形产生的影响;
——多轴加载。
