Manufactured drain tile shall be of the following classes: standard-quality concrete drain tile, extra-quality concrete drain tile, heavy-duty extra-quality concrete drain tile, and special-quality concrete drain tile. The concrete shall consist of mineral aggregates, water, and cementitious materials that include Portland cement, fly ash, ground granulated blast furnace slag, aggregates, admixtures and blends, and synthetic fibers. Concrete drain tile shall meet the physical requirement of the specification according to class, depending on soil acidity and sulfate content.
