The binder consists of one or more resins of polyolefin, polyolefin copolymers or polyolefin ter-polymers (or other suitable), or any desirable combination. Other suitable polymeric resins may be incorporated as part of the binder provided the polyolefin portion of the binder system is greater than 50 %.
