BASIC is a well established programming system for numerical analysis and small data processing applications. Its attraction is the unification in a coherent language of all the system functions including editing, running, debugging, file management, and the application program itself, combined with a user interface that is easy to learn and to apply. There are two possible approaches to the introduction of CAMAC into BASIC: (1) To use the facilities provided in the language, such as… read more subroutines and functions (2) To introduce new statements for input/ output, interrupt handling, and declarations This recommendation adopts the second approach, in which all the attributes specific to CAMAC are declared separately from the executable part of the program, which is therefore independent of the hardware system. Two criteria have been used in defining the extension. read less
Ethernet POWERLINK is a communication profile for Real-Time Ethernet (RTE). It extends Ethernet according to the IEEE 802.3 standard with mechanisms to transfer data with predictable timing and precise synchronisation. The communication profile meets timing demands typical for high performance automation and motion applications. It does not change basic principles of the Fast Ethernet Standard IEEE 802.3 but extends it towards RTE. Thus it is possible to leverage and continue to use any… read more standard Ethernet silicon, infrastructure component or test and measurement equipment like a network analyzer. Note that this standard does not add or otherwise change EPSG DS 301. read less
This standard is a real-time operating system (RTOS) specification for small-scale embedded systems such as systems with a single chip microcomputer (single chip microcontroller) including 16-bit CPUs, systems with a small amount of ROM/RAM, and systems without a memory management unit (MMU). The RTOS defined in this document is called μT-Kernel. This RTOS specification includes μ T-Kernel/OS, which provides the basic functions of RTOS such as scheduling, synchronization, and communication of… read more tasks. The RTOS specification also includes μT-Kernel/SM (System Manager), which provides the extension function for system management. read less
This standard specifies the notation of radiation data and some non-radiation data that is streamed digitally in real-time from a radiation detection instrument to a receiving device (e.g., smartphone or tablet). ISO/IEC 8824-1 Abstract Syntax Notation One (ASN.1) is used for specifying the format of the data to be streamed. The standard addresses both lower-bandwidth transmission, corresponding to instruments that generate data on the order of several kilobit per second (kb/s), and higher-… read more bandwidth transmission. The radiation data consist mainly of raw or unprocessed data, but other data such as precise time, dosimetric data, device parameters and settings applicable to the further display, processing, or analysis of the data may be streamed as well. Data format for commands from the receiving device to the measurement instrument is not part of this standard. This standard does not address data format for visual data (e.g. photos, videos), for radiation imagers or LiDAR (Light Detection And Ranging, or Laser Imaging, Detection, And Ranging). The transmission protocol is not part of the standard, although some general transmission rules recommendations are provided. The subsequent display, processing, and analysis of the radiation data on the receiving device are outside the scope of this standard. The standard does not address the transmission media, receipt, and later transmission of data to a larger and distant network or how the data is used and processed on the receiving device. read less
This standard specifies rules for the near real-time calculation of pollutant emissions allocated to the use of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure (servers, network, etc.). Emissions in this standard are defined as gaseous and particle emissions caused by the generation of electricity consumed during the ICT infrastructure use phase.
