标准简介适用范围：
This standard specifies the performance criteria and test methods for installed stationary spectroscopy-based radiation portal monitors (SRPMs) used for the detection and identification of gamma-emitting radioactive materials. SRPMs may also have the ability to detect neutron emitting sources. SRPMs are not designed to operate while in motion. Refer to IEEE Std N42.43-2021 [B4] for information regarding mobile radiation monitors.
