适用范围：

This is Amendment 1 to ISO/IEC 9593-1:1990 that specifies a language-independent nucleus of a graphics system. For integration into a programming language, PHIGS is embedded in a language-dependent layer obeying the particular conventions of that language. This standard specifies such a language-dependent layer for the FORTRAN language.
