Talent Marketplaces A record of learning and employment provides information about an individual's learning experiences, credentials, and qualifications that have been issued to the individual/guardian that the individual/guardian can control how the information is presented and shared.… read more A self-sovereign LER can be stored in a digital wallet application, or equivalent, with features to allow individuals to share all or part of their records with others. LERs can be created by the individual or by a third party known as an issuer. In addition, some LERs can be digitally verified with the issuer. The participants in this framework can include the entities that issue the record, those that support validation of the record, the subject and holder of the records, and as well as the organizations that will access LERs. read less
