适用范围:
This standard specifies the terms, preparation, implementation, general requirements and specific requirements involved in energy-using products ECD.
This standard could be used to establish general requirements for energy-using products ECD, which can be used by anyone involved in energy-using products design and development.This standard could also be used to facilitate the users’ understanding of environmental performance of energy-using products.
This standard is applicable to electrical and electronic products which rely on energy to work properly.This standard is neither applicable to ECD of vehicles, nor to those energy-using products or components which couldn’t be put on the market individually or whose environmental impacts couldn’t be assessed individually.
