This standard specifies the composition,monitoring,performance requirements,test methods and inspection of the managing system of safety monitoring of lifting appliances(hereinafter referred to as “the system”).
The standard is applicable to bridge cranes,gantry cranes,mobile cranes,tower cranes,portal slewing cranes,cable cranes,derrick cranes,launching machines and ship lifts specified in GB/T 20776.The standard can be adopted for reference by other types of cranes.
