适用范围：

This standard specifies the terms, definitions, requirements, test methods and evaluation rules for rolling resistance thresholds of motor vehicle tyres.
This standard is applicable to new radial pneumatic passenger car tyres and truck tyres.
This standard is not applicable to temporary-use spare tyres, special highway use trailer ST tyres,high flotation light truck tyres, and truck tyres with a speed rating of 80 km/h or below.
