【国家标准】 无损检测　中子小角散射检测方法

This standard specifies a method of SANS testing based on reactor neutron sources to size distribution,content and specific surface area of the second-phase particles(pores,precipitates,packing,etc.) inside samples.
This standard is applicable to the dilute systems in which the secondphase particles are statistically isotropic from nanoscale to submicron scale.Specifically,this standard is applicable to testing on solid samples such as metals,ceramics,polymers,minerals,etc.Testing on liquid system may be executed refer to this standard.The feasible thickness of the sample ranges approximately from 0.5 mm to 10 mm(for example from 0.5 mm to 3 mm for polymer samples,from 0.5 mm to 5 mm for ceramics and minerals and from 0.5 mm to 10 mm for common metallic materials).
