适用范围：

This standard is applicable to all toys, i.e. any product or material designed or clearly intended for use in play by children under 14 years of age. Unless otherwise specified, this standard is applicable to any toy (including toy for trial and free gift) sold in the market and produced for domestic sales, in addition, it apply after a toy is subjected to normal use and reasonable foreseeable abuse.
