适用范围：

This part of GB/T 37400 specifies the order requirements，manufacture processes，technical requirements，inspection rules，test methods，retest and re-heat treatment，quality certificates，markings and packaging for general purpose of heavy forgings.
This part is applicable to the order，manufacture and inspection of heavy forgings made of carbon structural steels and alloy structural steels which is open-die forged by hydraulic press and hammers.This part may also be used as reference for the forgings made of other materials.
