适用范围：

This part of GB/T 3098 specifies mechanical properties of bolts, screws, and studs (hereinafter referred to as fasteners) made of the fine grain non-heat treatment steel when tested at an ambient temperature range of 10 ℃ to 35 ℃.
Fasteners that conformed to technical requirements in this part at this ambient temperature may not retain the specified mechanical and physical properties at elevated or lower temperatures.
