适用范围：

This standard specifies methods for the determination of chemical oxygen demand(COD)in rare earth residue leachates and waste water that produced from mining, beneficiation and smelting.
This standard is applicable to the determination of chemical oxygen demand(COD)in rare earth residue leachates and waste water from mining, beneficiation and smelting.This document consists of two methods:
Method 1: Potassium dichromate titrimetric method
Method 2: Chlorine emendation method
The determination ranges of Method 1 and Method 2 are seen in Table 1.
