适用范围：

This standard defines terms and definitions of natural gas generating set for the petroleum industry (named generating set in the follows, including natural gas engines used for offshore drilling and production processing platform), specifies of technical requirements, test items, test methods, test rules, marking, packaging, storage requirements.
This standard is applicable to the generating set with output power range of 3 kW4 500 kW and rated frequency of 50 Hz.which consists of Reciprocating Internal Combustion (RIC) engine of natural gas or diesel/gas dual fuel (hereinafter referred to engine) , Alternating Current (AC) generator and any associated control device and auxiliary equipment.
This standard can be used as basis for the generating set with frequency of 60 Hz, or the sets fueled with other gases.
