适用范围：

This document specifies terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, test rules, marking and documentation, packaging and storage of multi-rate electricity meters.
This document is applicable to newly manufactured metering equipment designed to measure and control electrical energy on 50 Hz or 60 Hz networks with a voltage up to 600 V.
This document is only applicable to meters in which time switches are with digital displays, and its operation reserve is usually powered by the battery or capacitor.
This document is not applicable to meters in which time switches are with mechanical analogue dials, and does not apply to electromechanical meters.
