This standard specifies the terms, classifications and identifications, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, information signs, packaging, transport and storage, erection and climbing, and service inspections for tower crane.
This standard is applicable to tower crane as defined in GB/T 6974.3.
This standard is not applicable to mobile crane which may be equipped with tower, erection masts with or without jibs.
