适用范围：

This standard specifies the technical and management requirements for the commissioning,operation,maintenance and repair of oil and gas pipelines.
This standard is applicable to the operation management of onshore steel pipelines used to transport crude oil, product oil, natural gas,coalbed methane and synthetic natural gas as specified in GB 50251 or GB 50253.
