This standard specifies the classification，ordering information,dimensions and masses,shapes， technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules,packaging,marking and quality certification of the welded stainless steel pipes for liquefied natural gas.
This standard is applicable to the welded stainless steel pipes(hereinafter referred to as steel pipe ) with nominal outside diameter from 219.mm to 1 219 mm for liquefied natural gas.
