This document specifies the terms and definitions, classification and code, dimensions, dimensional tolerances, shape, measurement of dimensions and shape, mass, and rounding off for numerical values of hot-rolled steel strip,plate and sheet.
This document is applicable to hot-rolled steel plate (hereinafter referred to as plate)and wide strip with a rolled width not less than 600 mm, slit wide strip, plate/sheet cut from strip.
