适用范围：

This standard specifies basic electrical safety requirements for working personnel in electric power production units and electrical workplaces.
This standard is applicable to all operating electrical equipment and its relevant places of power generation enterprises with 66 kV and above installations,those of power transmission,transformation and distribution enterprises with 35 kV and above installations and those of power consumption units with 220 kV and above installations.It can be taken as reference by other electrical power enterprises and power consumption units.
