适用范围：

This standard specifies terms and definitions,ordering information,dimensions,shape,mass,technical requirements,test methods,inspection rules,packaging,marking and quality certificate of hotrolled,forged,and colddrawn spring steels.
This standard applies to round and square spring steels (hereinafter referred to as steel bars) with nominal diameter or side length not greater than 120 mm,flat spring steels with nominal width not greater than 160 mm and nominal thickness not greater than 60 mm,and spring steel wire rods with nominal diameter not greater than 40 mm.
The steel grades and chemical composition specified in this standard are also applicable to ingots,billets and their products.
