This document specifies the technical requirements and methods of using the technology of network realtime kinematic (RTK) survey based on the reference stations using global navigation satellite system to implement field observation,data processing and inspection about control survey,topographic survey and so on.
This document is applicable to network realtime kinematic（RTK）survey of corresponding level based on the reference stations using global navigation satellite system.The realtime kinematic survey using both the single reference station and multiple reference stations may refer to this document.
