This document specifies the aspects of competence evaluation of project management professionals, including the terms and definitions, the dimensions of competence evaluation, the five levels of competence division, the core competence requirements corresponding to each competence level, the methods of competence evaluation, the results of competence evaluation and their applications.
This document is applicable to enterprises, institutions, agencies, associations and other organizations (hereinafter referred to as “organizations”) to conduct level evaluation of the project management professionals ability of their personnel engaged in project management work.It can also be used as the basis for the talent introduction, training, professional title evaluation and appointment of project management professionals for governmental provinces, cities, districts and counties.
