适用范围：

This document specifies the terms and definitions, classification, grade, order information, dimensions, shapes, masses and permissible tolerances, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of hot rolled ribbed bars for the reinforcement of concrete (hereinafter referred to as bars).
This document is applicable to hot rolled ribbed steel bars and hot rolled ribbed steel bar of fine grains for the reinforcement of concrete.
This document is inapplicable to the recycling steel bars made of finished steel product by re-rolling process, and quenching and self-tempering steel bars.
