适用范围：

This standard specifies the general requirements,functional and technical performance requirements,test requirements,marks and labels requirements,packaging,transport and storage requirements,completeness requirements for supply and quality assurance for control and protection equipment of voltage source converter based high-voltage direct current(VSC-HVDC) transmission system.
This standard is applicable to control and protection equipment of back-to-back,two-terminal and multi-terminal of VSC-HVDC transmission system(hereinafter referred to as equipment),and may be used as the basis for equipment design,manufacture,test and acceptance.
