适用范围：

This document specifies classifications,standard electrical values, construction, meter marking and documentation, metrological performance requirements and tests, constructure safety requirements, climate requirements, effects of external influences quantities and disturbances, metering performance protection requirements, electrical requirements, functional requirements and type tests for digital input electricity meters (hereinafter referred as "the meter").
This document is applicable to newly manufactured digital input electricity meters installed and used in 50 Hz or 60 Hz networks, connected through Electronic Transformer (ET) or Stand-alone Merging Unit (SAMU), and digital inputs conforming to the specifications in the DL/T 860.92 or GB/T 20840.9.
