【国家标准】 普通照明用荧光灯能效限定值及能效等级

This document specifies the energy efficiency grades，minimum allowable values of energy efficiency，and test methods of fluorescent lamps for general lighting.
This document is applicable to fluorescent lamps classified as types listed below:
—Self-ballasted fluorescent lamps with rated wattage of 3 W-60 W (inclusive) and self-ballasted fluorescent induction lamps with rated wattage of 10 W-60 W (inclusive)，which integrate control gear and all additional elements necessary for starting and stable operation of the light source，with Edison or bayonet cap，with rated voltage of AC 220 V，rated frequency of 50 Hz;
—Lamps having preheated cathodes，designed for operation on AC main frequencies with the use of a starter，and additionally operating on high frequency，and lamps having preheated cathodes，designed for operating on high frequency (hereafter referred as double-capped fluorescent lamps);
—Single-capped fluorescent lamps having preheated cathodes;
