适用范围：

This standard specifies the terms and definitions,symbols and designations, principle,  methods, evaluation of the effect for eliminating of residual stresses in metallic materials by ultrasonic impact treatment.
This standard is applicable to eliminating of residual stresses by ultrasonic impact treatment for metallic components with thickness greater than 4 mm, strength grades up to a maximum yield strength of 900 MPa and extension after fracture larger than 5%.
