This document specifies the principle,reagents,testing apparatus,specimens,test conditions and procedures,calculation of test results,test reports for the determination of surface chromium on electrolytic tinplate by colorimetry and electrolyty.
This document is applicable to the determination of surface chromium on electrolytic tinplate.Colorimetry is used as an arbitration method.Electrolyty is recommended as a rapid method for the determination of surface chromium of not less than 2 mg/m2.
