适用范围：

This standard specifies the service conditions,ratings,design and construction,type tests,Ex-factory tests,rules for tests,rules for transport,storage,erection,operation and maintenance,and safety requirements for AC metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear for rated voltages of 27.5 kV and 2×27.5 kV for electrification railway.
This standard applies to indoor metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear insulated by ambient air and containing gas-filled compartments,with the design pressure not exceeding 0.3 MPa (relative pressure).
Components contained in metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear are to be designed and tested in accordance with their various relevant standards.
