适用范围：

This part of GB/T 30357 specifies the classification and reference samples,requirements,test methods,inspection rules,marking and labeling,packaging,transportation,and storage for Tieguanyin products.
This part is applicable to the products,processed from the young shoots (with resting buds preferred)of Camellia sinensis (L.)O.Kuntze“Tieguanyin”by the appropriate processes,as withering,fine manipulation,fixation,rolling (packed rolling),drying,etc.for primary processed tea,and then shaping and categorization for refined tea.
