适用范围：

This document defines the symbols of welded insulated cylinders (hereinafter referred to as cylinder), and specifies the designation method, general parameters, materials, design, manufacturing, test methods, inspection rule, type test, mark, packing, transportation, information, and data retention.
This document is applicable to refillable cylinders used at normal ambient temperature(-40 ℃-60 ℃),with a nominal volume range of 10 L-1 000 L for storage of liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and liquid argon , and the nominal volume range of 150 L-1 000 L for storage of liquefied natural gas(LNG),the design temperature not higher than -196 ℃, the nominal working pressure of 0.2 MPa-3.5 MPa.
Cylinders storing liquid carbon dioxide and liquid nitrous oxide may be manufactured and inspected with reference to this document.
