适用范围：

This standard specifies minimum requirements concerning material, design, construction and workmanship, test methods, inspection rules, markings, packaging, transportation and storage of welded stainless steel cylinders.
This standard is applicable to cylinders used at ambient temperature -40 ℃ to 60 ℃, and hydraulic test pressure is not exceed 6.0 MPa (gauge pressure), and water capacities from 0.5 L up to and including 1 000 L, refillable for compressed, low-pressure liquefied and dissolved gases that are compatible with cylinder materials.
