适用范围：

This standard specifies the determination method of cell density, cell viability, pH value, dissolved oxygen, osmolality, glucose content, bacterial endotoxin and lactate content in animal cell culture.
This standard is applicable to biochemical parameters during cell culture of Chinese hamster ovary cells (CHO), mouse myeloma cells (NSO, SP2/0), African green monkey kidney cells (Vero), suckling hamster kidney cells (BHK-21), dog kidney epidermal cells (MDCK) and porcine testis cells (ST).The parameters and other biochemical parameters during eukaryotic cell culture can also be used for reference.
