适用范围：

This document specifies a method for the determination of trace elements in bismuth germanate(BGO) crystal materials using glow discharge mass spectrometry (GD-MS).
This document is applicable to the determination of the trace elements except for hydrogen and inert gas elements in BGO crystal materials, with the content range of 0.001 μg/g to 1 000 μg/g (mass fraction).It is also applicable to the determination of the elements with the contents larger than 1 000 μg/g if suitable certified reference materials can be used for calibration.
