适用范围：

This standard specifies digital PCR quantitative detection methods for genetically modified plants.
This standard is applicable to the quantitative detection of seed components of genetically modified corn event MON810, event MON89034,event MIR162 and genetically modified soybean event GTS 40-3-2,genetically modified rice event kemingdao, genetically modified cotton event GHB119, and genetically modified rapeseed event RT73 by digital PCR.
The quantitative detection limit of this method is 0.1% (mass fraction).
